Sale conditions of wood are specified by the regulation of Director – General of the Sate Forests.
Within the framework of the individual sale , the foresters try to meet the fast growing demand, because more and more people use wood in order to heat their houses. Contrary to general opinion, these are not only village people, even though they prevail among recipients. The growth of firewood demand is the result of occurrence of new housing estates built in the suburbs of large agglomerations, where houses are usually equipped in fireplace heating installations.
Firewood is not only the most ecological heat source, but also is much more attractive in respect of relation of price and electric efficiency, rather than cola, oil, gas or electric power.
In recent years, the Sate Forests increased the sale of firewood of one third – up to over 4 million cubic meters annually. Some of customers choose already prepared and cut into pieces wood, the others very willingly obtain it by themselves after arranging all details and fulfilling particular safety conditions, and after paying the fee; that concerns mainly so called "thinnings". Such a raw material is very cheap, that is why many people from village areas profit from such possibility.

Ogłoszenie o zakupie lasów lub gruntów do zalesienia
Nadleśnictwo Ujsoły informuje, że jest zainteresowane zakupem
lasów i gruntów położonych w zasięgu administracyjnym
nadleśnictwa.
WYTYCZNE:
- Nieruchomość powinna być oznaczona w Ewidencji Powszechnej jako LAS lub
- W Miejscowym Planie Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego jako przeznaczona do zalesień (inne przeznaczenie jest indywidualnie rozpatrywane),
- Przylegać do gruntów będących w zarządzie Nadleśnictwa Ujsoły (preferujemy grunty znajdujące się w enklawach wśród gruntów Nadleśnictwa),
- Ma uregulowany stan prawny, posiada księgę wieczystą wolną od obciążeń i ograniczeń,
- Jest niezabudowana.
Nadleśnictwo nie skupuje udziałów w gruntach, w przypadku kilku właścicieli
wszyscy muszą wyrazić zgodę na sprzedaż.
Wniosek składa się z następujących dokumentów:
1. Wniosek,
2. Oświadczenie nr 1- operat szacunkowy,
3. Oświadczenie nr 2- zobowiązania,
4. RODO,
5. Wypis i wyrys z ewidencji gruntów,
6. Zaświadczenie z Miejscowego Planu Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego,
7. Zaświadczenie o Specjalnej Strefie Rewitalizacji.
Wniosek, Oświadczenie nr 1, Oświadczenie nr 2, oraz RODO dostępne są na stronie
internetowej lub w biurze Nadleśnictwa Ujsoły.
Wypis i wyrys z Ewidencji Powszechnej właściciel działki uzyska w Starostwie
Powiatowym w Żywcu.
Zaświadczenie dotyczące zapisów Miejscowego Planu Zagospodarowania
Przestrzennego, oraz Zaświadczenie o Specjalnej Strefie Rewitalizacji właściciel
działki uzyska w Urzędzie Gminy właściwym terytorialnie do położenia działki.
